Huliheʻe Palace

Huliheʻe Palace was built in 1838, this lava rock and coral lime structure in Kailua-Kona was once a royal vacation home. It offers a glimpse into Hawaiian royalty’s 19th-century lifestyle, showcasing Victorian artifacts, koa wood furniture, and featherwork. Today, it operates as a museum and hosts monthly cultural events, preserving the grandeur and history of Hawaii’s monarchy.
